Who we are

This Agentile hub is operated by OPA Software.

What we collect and why

• Your email address and name: to sign you in and show who did what on a project (contract).
• Sign-in sessions: a cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no other cookies and no analytics or trackers.
• Project records: plans, messages, decisions and test results that you and your agents create (contract, on behalf of the tenants on the project).
• An audit log of actions in each project, for accountability. It contains no IP addresses.

Where it is stored

On servers in Austria (EU), with encrypted backups in the EU.

Your rights

You can see, export, correct and delete your data from your settings, or by contacting the operator. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
